Fronteras Delivery Service does not deliver envelopes, packages to known address lists.

Fronteras Delivery Service does not deliver to unpaved locations.

It is recommended that if the person lives in a remote area, an alternative less remote, paved      location is used for the delivery.

For deliveries to Fronteras offices (in all of Mexico), just ask us for the city in which you wish to pick up      your items and will be able to give you the guide number or code with which the family in Mexico      can track the status of your delivery.
